THERAPISTS

At Westbrook Health Services, we believe in a comprehensive, person-centered approach to treatment, ensuring that each individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. Our therapy department addresses a wide range of challenges, including mental health concerns, co-occurring substance use disorders, and crisis intervention. We serve individuals across the lifespan, from youth to geriatric, recognizing that every age group has distinct needs and experiences. Our compassionate team of licensed therapists understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, which is why we prioritize personalized treatment plans that take a whole-person approach.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health conditions, therapy is a foundational element of our care approach. We offer various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, empowering individuals to understand and manage their emotions and experiences. Our therapists take a collaborative approach, working with individuals to identify root causes, develop coping strategies, and build resilience, fostering a pathway toward long-term well-being.

For those facing substance use challenges, therapy is critical to our recovery programs. Our therapists hold various certifications, including Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADC) and Master Addictions Counselors (MAC). We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, recognizing that recovery involves not just overcoming addiction but also restoring healthy relationships and lifestyles. At Westbrook, we are committed to walking alongside individuals, offering continuous support at every stage of their healing journey and providing the tools they need to regain control of their lives.
