CONNECTIONS

What We Do

Connections is a comprehensive day treatment and outreach program dedicated to serving individuals currently experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness in Wood County. Conveniently located at 2601 Dudley Ave. BLD. 5B, Connections offers an extensive range of services designed to address and mitigate the various factors contributing to housing instability. Our compassionate and skilled team is committed to helping clients secure stable housing and overcome any barriers that might jeopardize their housing security.

We provide invaluable assistance in locating appropriate substance use treatment programs, offering personalized therapy services, and delivering comprehensive case management support. Furthermore, we help clients obtain essential documents, such as identification and birth certificates, apply for government benefits, seek employment, and build resumes. These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the support necessary to achieve and maintain stability.

Providing Essentials

An essential component of the Connections program is our on-site clothing closet, which is generously stocked with a variety of clothing options suitable for daily use and specific work environments. This resource is made possible through the continuous support and donations from our community. We are always accepting clothing donations to ensure we can meet the diverse needs of our clients. Donations can be conveniently dropped off during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

At Connections, we believe in the power of community and the impact of collective efforts in making a difference. We strive to create an environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and hopeful for their future. Our holistic approach addresses immediate needs while fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
