Open access

Open Access is a valuable service offered by Westbrook Health Services, allowing potential clients to initiate services on the same day they call or walk into the agency. This program significantly reduces wait times and helps expedite the process of getting the necessary care and support. By offering immediate access to services, we aim to address the urgent needs of our clients efficiently and effectively.

Clinicians are available daily to complete Intake Assessments and make referrals to needed services. During these assessments, our skilled professionals work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals. This personalized approach ensures that each individual receives the most appropriate and effective care. By promptly identifying the necessary services, we can streamline the process and ensure clients begin receiving support as quickly as possible.

Open Access is specifically designed for adult Medicaid clients, making it easier for them to access the mental health and substance use services they need.

The service is available on Mondays from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and Tuesdays through Fridays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

This schedule provides multiple opportunities throughout the week for clients to take advantage of the program and begin their journey toward recovery and wellness.

The primary goal of Open Access is to remove barriers to care and provide immediate support to those in need. By offering same-day service initiation, we can better address the critical needs of our community and ensure that individuals receive timely and effective care. This proactive approach is essential for improving overall health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our Open Access services, please do not hesitate to visit Westbrook Health Services during the designated hours. Our dedicated team is here to help you get the support you need without unnecessary delays, ensuring a smoother and faster path to recovery.
